By using FastHQ or signing up to the launch list, you agree to these terms.

FastHQ is operated by DJUMP, MB, a Lithuanian private limited liability company. Contact: start@djump.io. These terms govern this website, the launch list, and the FastHQ mobile app once it launches.
You may use FastHQ for personal, lawful purposes only. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the app.
- Use the service to abuse, harass, or harm others.
- Submit false or malicious data through the forms (subscribe, contact).
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or security controls.
- Use automated scrapers or bots against the website or API.
Submitting your email through the subscribe form means: you'd like one email when the mobile app ships. That's the deal. We won't send marketing, newsletters, or anything else. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying with the word "remove."
When the app launches, accounts will be created via email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Account deletion is available in Settings; deletion is irreversible and removes your fasting log and personal data within 30 days.
The free plan includes the 16:8 protocol and basic timer. The Pro plan unlocks all protocols (18:6, OMAD, 24h, custom), phase tracking, and the full year history for $3.99/month. Pricing is final as of 2026-05-23 and may change with notice.
All payments after launch are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not handle your card. Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies.
The FastHQ name, design, and source code are the property of DJUMP, MB. Your fasting data is yours — we hold it on your behalf, with row-level security, and export it as CSV whenever you ask.
FastHQ is a stopwatch. It is not a medical device, doctor, dietician, or nutritionist. The phase tracker is a model based on published literature — it is informational, not diagnostic. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any fasting protocol, especially if you are pregnant, diabetic, taking medication, or have a history of eating disorders. You use FastHQ at your own risk.
FastHQ is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FastHQ. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which, on the free tier, is zero).
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using FastHQ you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms when we add features or for legal reasons. Material changes will be announced on this page and, if you're on the list, by email. Continued use of FastHQ constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith email will be brought before the competent courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
